St. Mary’s Chapter of the Brotherhood of St. Andrew is part of a worldwide ministry "for the spread of Christ’s Kingdom among men and youth throughout the Episcopal and Anglican Communion." Founded in 1883 by a small group of young Episcopalians in downtown Chicago, the Brotherhood continues its mission today through chapters across the country, including more than 25 chapters in the Diocese of Texas.
The members of the Brotherhood strive to model responsible evangelistic behavior and follow a rule of prayer, study, and service. Men of all denominations are welcome to join us every other Sunday at 7:15 a.m. for a home-cooked breakfast and fellowship before the church service.
